Manufacture
Availa®Mins represent a totally unique technology that bonds
a single amino acid to a single metal ion. This means that not only
are Availa®Mins the smallest organic trace mineral molecules,
but also the most consistent in design and manufacture. The patented
Availa®Mins process has two important phases of manufacture
and production.
1. Amino acid extraction. Because only free amino
acids are required (no dipeptides, or tripeptides, or larger protein
fragments), protein is hydrolyzed into free amino acids.
2. Bonding. After the amino acids are extracted
from the protein, he amino acid solution is combined with free metal
ions (e.g. zinc) in a dedicated reactor. Here time, temperature,
atmospheric pressure and controlled pH, combine to yield the uniquely
consistent Availa®Mins products.

LABORATORY QUALITY CONTROL
Zinpro has laboratory facilities and qualified staff located at
each manufacturing site. Testing of every batch is performed several
times throughout the manufacturing process to make sure Availa®Mins
meet all specifications. Further, independent laboratories are routinely
used to cross check and validate Zinpro
Corporation’s laboratory analysis and results.
