CONTROL & VALIDATION

At Zinpro Corporation, our inspected and approved ISO facilities (Certificate Registration #12 100 10085 TMS) are specifically designed for the controlled manufacture of Availa®Mins metal amino acid products. Our commitment to quality is reflected throughout the manufacturing process.

Only raw materials of the highest quality are purchased from qualified vendors and carefully evaluated by Quality Assurance prior to their use. The final product is also subjected to a series
of analytical tests using validated methods.

These tests are completed to assure the following:

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ensure all raw materials, in-process products and finished products are traced and identified at all times and through all stages of production - from raw materials to the finished product. A simple threestep, colour-coded system is also employed to provide clear definition of the status of all products within the facility.

	Raw materials or in-process products not approved for shipment.
	Inspected finished products, waiting for final analytical approval.
	Finished products ready for shipment.
